Bryan C. W. Tate • Founder and Chairman of the Board
Digitel Corporation

Mr. Tate founded Digitel Corporation and still holds the position of Chairman and CEO of the company. He graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering. From 1968 through 1974, he served in the United States Army and lead an Infantry Rifle Platoon in Vietnam. Prior to founding Digitel Corporation in 1983, Mr Tate held various management positions at NCR and Questor Corporation.  Mr. Tate has served his community and industry by being involved in the following organizations: Representative for BellSouth ASR Steering Committee; Past President/Director for the Business & Technology Alliance; Past President/ Director; Spruill Center of the Arts and currently serves as the Chariman of the Atlanta Vietnam Veterans Business Association and a member of the Business Executives for National Security (BENS).

Jerry D. Bailey • President and Chief Executive Officer
Digitel Corporation
Prior to joining Digitel, he served as Vice President and General Manager for the Southern Territory of Williams Communications Solutions. With more than 20 years of experience with Williams, Mr. Bailey served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts for the technology sector and Vice President of Sales for the Southeast Region of WilTel Communications Systems, which is now Williams Communications Solutions. In addition he served as WilTel's Regional Director of Sales and General Manager of Sales for Alabama and Georgia. During this time, Mr. Bailey played an instrumental role in the successful development and build out of Williams' business in the Southern Region. He attended the University of South Alabama where he studied Management and Engineering.

Art Bottoms • Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bottoms joined Digitel Corporation in 2002. Mr. Bottoms holds a C.P.A. Certificate from the State of Georgia and has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Mercer University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Kennesaw State University. He has over fifteen years of experience in Senior Financial Management positions as controller and CFO with technology companies. Over the years Mr. Bottoms expertise has been a true asset to other technological based companies and his stewardship is welcomed at Digitel Corporation.

Luis Simonet • Vice President, Professional Services

Having joined Digitel Corporation in the spring of 1999, with over 10 years of experience in Information Technology, Mr. Simonet has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to Digitel Corporation. Mr. Simonet Holds advanced certificates from: Nortel Networks, Cisco, Novell and Microsoft. He has worked with numerous companies to design and implement their I.T. infrastructure and is currently a member of DAC's taskforce for Nortel Networks. Mr. Simonet graduated from Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio, with B.A. in Biology.

Marnie Kelleher • Director of Human Resources
Digitel Corporation
Ms. Kelleher has overseen Digitel's needs in the area of Human Resources since 1993. Prior to joining the company, she was employed with Neiman Marcus for 16 years as Training Director and Human Resource Manager. Ms. Kelleher holds a degree in Education from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and has completed Post Graduate work in Vocational and Career Development at Georgia State University.
